MGA Home Healthcare North Carolina LLC in the United States is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter with a winning attitude to grow their career in a high-energy team focused on delivering quality patient care.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, build a high-volume candidate pipeline through job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach, and collaborate with field professionals to place top talent in our expanding care network.

Qualificações

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build rapport over the phone.
• High sense of urgency in completing tasks and willingness to learn.
• Experience performing full-cycle recruiting from screening to placement.
• Ability to source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and cold outreach.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
