Job Overview

• Determinesapplicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, websites, and other sources.
• Negotiates salaries with candidates/external employees.
• Scheduling
• Always adhere to client confidentiality.
• Rotates shifts as part of the on-call schedule
• Performs all other duties assigned by Recruiting Manager
• Supports and executes the mission, ethics, and goals of the company effectively.
• Representsthemselves in a positive and professional manner in the company and community.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in Employee Handbook, Employee Agreement, or communicated fromexecutiveteam.

Requirements

• High School Education-associate’s degreepreferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English- verbal and written (Additional languages preferred)
• Previous Healthcare Recruiting experience
• Cold-calling experience
