Job summary

Responsibilities

• Recruit new candidates and manage current field staff.
• Train new employees and provide orientation support.
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing candidates, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Attract applicants through job advertisements, websites, and other sourcing sources.
• Negotiate salaries with candidates and external employees.
• Complete requested schedules for staff, pending authorization.
• Assist external employees with time and attendance issues and verify time sheets against the schedule.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Rotate shifts as part of the on-call schedule.
• Schedule new admissions and provide non-clinical information to caregivers.
• Manage client care schedules.
• Provide customer service support to both clients and external employees.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Recruiting Manager.
• Support and execute the company mission, ethics, and goals effectively, and represent the organization in a positive and professional manner in the company and community.
• Adhere to the dress code and maintain a clean, neat professional appearance.
• Report on time and as scheduled to complete work within the designated time.
• Follow all company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook, Employee Agreement, or communicated by the executive team.
