Job summary

MGA Home Healthcare North Carolina LLC is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to recruit new candidates and manage field staff. You will train new employees, conduct orientations, and determine applicant qualifications through interviews and references, while ensuring adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit new candidates and manage current field staff.
• Train new employees and provide orientation assistance.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, websites, and other sources.
• Negotiates salaries with candidates/external employees.
• Scheduling and completes requested schedules for staff, pending authorization.
• Assists with external employee’s time and attendance issues.
• Verify time sheets against schedule.
• Rotates shifts as part of the on-call schedule.
• Schedules new admissions, giving non-clinical information to caregivers.
• Manages client’s care schedules.
• Customer service to both clients and external employees.
• Performs all other duties assigned by Recruiting Manager.
• Supports and executes the mission, ethics, and goals of the company effectively.
