Consilium is seeking a Recruiting Consultant to generate enthusiasm for our locum tenens solutions and qualify prospects. You will build and maintain a steady candidate pipeline, conduct phone screens, and serve as the main contact for providers while meeting weekly call and email quotas.

You’ll align our services with client business needs, stay informed on market trends, and contribute to a high-energy team in our Irving office. A 1+ year sales background and strong communication are required.

About the Role

As a Recruiting Consultant at Consilium, you will generate enthusiasm for our solutions, identify and qualify prospects, and maintain a consistent pipeline of business. Interview Process

• Initial phone screen with a corporate recruiter
• First Interview: 45 minute-1 hour meeting with your recruiter
• Sales Assessment: 35-45 minute online assessment
• Second Interview: Two 1 hour meetings with hiring leadership
• Offer: The entire process from application to offer typically takes 1-2 weeks
