Job summary

Mercy is seeking a skilled Recruiter to support sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes across our organization in Oklahoma City. You will coordinate new hire paperwork, maintain applicant databases, and act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates.

The role requires independent work, professional appearance, and strong communication skills to represent Mercy at events and in daily operations.

Qualifications

• BS Degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3 years experience in recruiting or HR.
• Proficient in Microsoft, excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills, ability to work in team environment, handle confidential information and relate with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates; conduct interviews and coordinate assessments.
• Coordinate offers, onboarding paperwork and new-hire administration.
• Maintain applicant databases and respond to candidate inquiries.
• Represent Mercy at recruitment events and liaise with hiring managers.

Is able to work independently, exhibit a professional appearance, make decisions and support all team members. Assists Department Directors with co-worker issues and policy questions in the absence of the HR Director. Assists co-workers with any and all HR-related questions.
