Job summary

IN Health is growing and we’re looking for a Healthcare Recruiter with 1–4 years of agency staffing experience who is ready to make an immediate impact in Dallas.

This is not an entry-level role. You’ll take open positions, build candidate pipelines, source through Indeed, LinkedIn and our ATS, screen effectively, and drive qualified submissions to closing.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of agency recruiting/staffing experience.
• Proven success sourcing and submitting candidates.
• Strong phone presence and candidate communication skills.
• Competitive, persistent, coachable and self-motivated.
• Healthcare recruiting experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit healthcare professionals for permanent and contract opportunities.
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, our ATS, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct candidate screens and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
• Work with urgency and consistently drive qualified submittals.
