Job summary

The Planet Group is seeking a temporary Clinician Recruiter in Massachusetts to focus on recruiting healthcare professionals and supporting hiring initiatives across the organization.

In this role you will manage full-cycle recruitment, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers. You may also provide limited administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer as needed.

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional evening meetings extending to 6:00-7:00 PM

$32-36hr

Must Haves:

• Strong experience in recruiting (clinical/healthcare preferred)
• Experience scheduling interviews and helping with the full-cycle recruiting process
• Comfortable providing administrative support to the CMO as needed

Our client is seeking a temporary Clinician Recruiter to provide coverage during a leave of absence. The primary focus of this role is recruiting healthcare professionals and supporting hiring initiatives across the organization. While the position may also provide administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer, recruiting experience is the top priority, and candidates interested primarily in the recruiting responsibilities are still encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for clinical and healthcare-related positions
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with prospective candidates
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Support onboarding and hiring activities
• Assist with recruitment reporting, scheduling, and related administrative functions
• Provide limited administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong recruiting experience required
• Clinical, physician, or healthcare recruiting experience preferred
• Candidates with several years of professional recruiting experience in other industries will also be considered
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
