Job summary

Revel Staffing is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to develop and execute recruitment strategies for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and maintain a robust candidate pipeline while upholding confidentiality and compliance.

You will partner with HR and leaders to forecast staffing needs, provide regular recruitment metrics, and adapt to evolving healthcare hiring trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or staffing.
• HIPAA certificate required (MediClear or equivalent).
• Understanding of healthcare roles, credentialing requirements, and regulatory considerations.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and ATS.

Responsibilities
