Job summary

MGA Homecare in Denver seeks a Healthcare Recruiter to identify and recruit qualified caregivers and staff for our field operations. You will interview applicants, verify references, and coordinate onboarding, while maintaining client confidentiality.

Responsibilities include posting ads, sourcing candidates, negotiating salaries, scheduling, and supporting the Recruiting Manager to uphold MGA's mission and policies. English communication required; additional languages a plus; EEO committed.
