MGA is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to join a fast-paced team in Charlotte, NC. You will identify and connect with healthcare professionals, building a high-volume pipeline to meet tight timelines.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting from screening to placement, leveraging job boards, social media, referrals, and warm calling. You will maintain relationships with potential candidates and manage daily tasks with urgency and integrity.

Qualifications

• Mission driven to recruit quality candidates in your market.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport over the phone.
• High sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks and a willingness to learn.
• Results-driven with the ability to connect with a diverse population.
