Job summary

MGA is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to attract, interview and place qualified candidates for our field staff and coordinate onboarding and scheduling. You will ensure compliance with client requirements and contribute to a positive candidate experience.

The role includes interviewing applicants, verifying references, negotiating salaries, and maintaining professional communication with clients and external employees. A strong customer service background is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit new candidates and manage current field staff.

• Negotiate salaries with candidates and external employees.
• Schedule staff and complete requested schedules.
• Assist with time and attendance issues for external employees.
• Verify time sheets against schedules.
• Rotate shifts to cover on-call requirements.
• Manage admissions and care schedules for clients.
• Provide customer service to clients and external staff.
• Support mission and ethics of MGA and represent the company professionally.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruit new candidates and manage current field staff.
• Train new employees and provide orientation assistance.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, websites, and other sources.
• Negotiates salaries with candidates/external employees.
• Scheduling
• Completes requested schedules for staff, pending authorization.
• Assists with external employee’s time and attendance issues.
• Verify time sheets against schedule.
• Always adhere to client confidentiality.
• Rotates shifts as part of the on-call schedule
• Schedules new admissions, giving non-clinical information to caregivers.
• Manages client’s care schedules.
• Customer Service to both clients and external employees.
• Performs all other duties assigned by Recruiting Manager
• Supports and executes the mission, ethics, and goals of the company effectively.
• Represents themselves in a positive and professional manner in the company and community.
• Adheres to dress code with a clean and neat professional appearance.
• Reports on time and as scheduled to complete work within the designated time.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in Employee Handbook, Employee Agreement, or communicated from executive team.

Requirements

• High School Education- associate's degree preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English- verbal and written (Additional languages preferred)
• Previous Customer Service Experience
• Demonstrate ability to work independently
