Establish and build Supplemental Health Care’s reputation and brand throughout the market while recruiting and retaining healthcare professionals and clients using the company’s core values of Integrity, Candor, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. Achieve individual performance goals by operating the Supplemental Way and exceeding minimum activity standards.

What your day-to-day looks like:
  1. Source healthcare professionals through high-volume outreach via phone, text, email, job sites, and social media platforms.
  2. Use a consultative selling approach to recruit, coach, staff, develop, mentor, and engage healthcare providers, building trusting partnerships.
  3. Build value with talent to partner with Supplemental Health Care and deliver high-quality experiences while upholding our reputation for going above and beyond.
  4. Exceed metrics and target goals to grow revenue.
  5. Negotiate salary and benefits for each applicant in line with SHC’s financial objectives, complying with industry standards and legal requirements.
  6. Make a difference in communities and healthcare providers’ lives while enjoying your work.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range:

Base pay starts at $22.00 per hour, plus uncapped commissions. First-year earnings typically range from $55,000 to $70,000, with high performers earning over $100,000 in their second year.
