Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with patients and visitors within the facility.

• Open mail and distribute.
• Accept and record patient cost share payments.
• Prepare and reconcile daily deposits.
• Maintain clean and tidy lobby area.
• Verify vendor and visitor sign in.
• Patient chart preparation.
