The Ridge Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our Stockton facility. The role involves greeting guests, answering phones, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

We value a friendly, clear voice and professional presentation, with at least 1 year of customer service experience and proficiency in Word and Excel. Familiarity with senior care settings is a plus.

Formación

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to use a 10 key calculator, copier, and mailing equipment.
• Pleasant voice and clear speech.

Responsabilidades

• As a Receptionist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for everyone entering the facility. You will greet visitors, answer telephones, direct callers to appropriate parties, and assist with general administrative support functions of the facility.
