Job summary

Xite seeks a motivated business development professional to drive client growth in the Houston metro area. You will learn commercial real estate basics related to healthcare startups and support senior management with marketing and sales activities.

The ideal candidate has outside sales or marketing background, is self-motivated, and can engage with doctors and real estate professionals. Texas-based network preferred and base salary plus incentive structure offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently but within a team.
• Ability and willingness to aggressively pursue sales leads through cold calling.
• Professional and polished appearance.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Significant working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Costar, Loopnet, Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Developing and cultivating new clients and business opportunities in Houston metro area.
• Learn basics of commercial real estate and healthcare start-ups. Analyze and use information in sales activities.
• Assist with development and implementation of relationship-based marketing programs.
• Provide general marketing and sales support to senior management.
• Host and attend prospective client meetings and schedule meetings.
• Represent and be actively involved in healthcare & real estate trade organizations.
• Produce and maintain marketing materials.
