Riveron is seeking an experienced healthcare revenue cycle leader to grow and deliver our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) capabilities within Healthcare & Life Sciences. The role combines industry operating experience with consulting expertise to lead complex transformations that improve cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance.

You will work directly with healthcare executives to address multi-faceted financial and operational challenges, guiding multidisciplinary teams through advisory

Qualifications

• Significant healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience.
• End-to-end knowledge across professional and facility revenue cycles.
• Proven track record transforming underperforming revenue cycle operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex RCM engagements from diagnostic assessment through implementation.
• Assess revenue cycle environments, identify performance gaps, and translate findings into initiatives.
• Drive transformation across the full revenue cycle, including patient access, coding, claims, and denials.
• Help clients improve cash conversion, working capital, and EBITDA.
• Advise on operating models, shared services, and technology-enabled transformation.
• Lead teams and client stakeholders through complex situations and liquidity constraints.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives and mentor team members.
