Job summary

Riveron is seeking an experienced healthcare revenue cycle leader to grow and deliver our Revenue Cycle Management capabilities within Healthcare & Life Sciences. This role blends industry operating experience with consulting expertise to lead complex transformations.

The successful candidate will work with healthcare executives to address financial and operational challenges, guiding RCM initiatives that accelerate cash, improve revenue realization, and strengthen liquidity across provider

Qualifications

• Significant progressive experience across healthcare revenue cycle and financial operations with leadership responsibility in a healthcare provider organization.
• Subject matter expert in end-to-end revenue cycles across professional and facility services with knowledge of patient access, coding, claims, and AR management.
• Experience translating industry expertise into actionable client solutions in a consulting/advisory context.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex RCM engagements from diagnostic assessment through implementation and sustained performance improvement.
• Assess revenue cycle environments, identify gaps, quantify opportunities, prioritize and translate findings into executable initiatives.
• Drive transformation across patient access, coding, claims, remittance, AR, denials, and patient financial services.
• Help clients improve cash conversion, working capital, net revenue realization, cost to collect, and EBITDA.
• Advise on operating model transformation, shared services, vendor strategies, and technology usage including analytics and AI.
