Riveron is seeking an experienced healthcare revenue cycle leader to grow and deliver our RCM capabilities within Healthcare & Life Sciences. This role combines deep industry operating experience with consulting expertise to lead complex transformation for health systems, hospitals, physician enterprises, ambulatory platforms, and other scaled provider organizations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience across healthcare revenue cycle and financial operations.
• Leadership experience within a healthcare provider organization.
• Ability to translate industry expertise into actionable client solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex RCM engagements from diagnostic assessment through implementation and sustained improvement.
• Assess revenue cycle environments, identify gaps, quantify opportunities, and set priorities.
• Drive transformation across the full revenue cycle: patient access, coding, claims, billing, denials, and patient financial services.
• Help clients improve cash conversion, working capital, net revenue realization, and liquidity.
• Advise on operating model transformation, shared services, and vendor/outsourcing strategies with tech enablement.
• Lead teams and client stakeholders through complex situations including growth, M&A, and vendor challenges.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives and contribute to Riveron's capabilities growth.
