Job summary

Riveron seeks an experienced healthcare revenue cycle leader to grow and deliver our Revenue Cycle Management capabilities within Healthcare & Life Sciences. This role requires deep operating experience in health systems, hospitals, or ambulatory platforms and a track record of leading complex transformation to accelerate cash and improve liquidity.

Qualifications

Significant progressive experience across healthcare revenue cycle and financial operations within a provider organization.
Revenue cycle SME with end-to-end knowledge across professional and facility cycles.
Consulting/advisory experience translating industry expertise into client solutions.
Track record transforming underperforming revenue cycle operations to improve cash flow and profitability.

Responsibilities

Lead complex RCM engagements from diagnostic assessment through implementation and sustained improvement.
Assess environments, identify gaps, quantify opportunities, translate into initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Drive transformation across the full revenue cycle including access, coding, claims, payment, A/R and denials.
