Job summary

Riveron is seeking an experienced healthcare revenue cycle leader to grow and deliver our RCM capabilities within Healthcare & Life Sciences. The role requires deep industry operating experience with consulting expertise and a proven record of leading complex transformation.

The successful candidate will work directly with healthcare executives to improve cash flow, revenue realization, liquidity, and performance, across hospital systems, physician enterprises, and ambulatory platforms.

Qualifications

Significant progressive experience across healthcare revenue cycle and financial operations within a healthcare provider sector.
End-to-end revenue cycle knowledge from patient access to collections.
Consulting/advisory experience translating industry expertise into client solutions.
Proven track record transforming underperforming revenue cycle operations with cash flow improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead complex RCM engagements from diagnostics to implementation and ongoing improvement.
Assess environments, identify gaps, quantify opportunities, and plan executable initiatives.
Drive transformation across patient access, coding, claims, payment, AR, and denials.
Help clients improve cash conversion, working capital, net revenue realization, and liquidity.
Advise on operating model transformation, shared services, vendors, and outsourcing.
Lead teams and stakeholders through complex situations, including M&A and disruption.
Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives and act as advisor.
Collaborate with Riveron colleagues to deliver broader RCM capabilities.
Develop and mentor team members; contribute to recruiting and thought leadership.
