Job summary

Riveron is seeking an experienced healthcare revenue cycle leader to grow and deliver our RCM capabilities within Healthcare & Life Sciences. The role combines industry operating experience with consulting expertise to lead complex RCM transformations across health systems and provider organizations.

You will work with executives to accelerate cash, strengthen liquidity, and realize sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive experience across healthcare revenue cycle and financial operations, including leadership within a healthcare provider organization.
• End-to-end knowledge across professional and facility revenue cycles—from patient access to denials and patient collections.
• Consulting or advisory experience translating industry expertise into actionable client solutions.
• Track record of transforming complex or underperforming revenue cycle operations with measurable cash flow improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex RCM engagements from diagnostic assessment through implementation and sustained performance improvement.
• Assess revenue cycle environments, identify gaps, quantify opportunities, and translate findings into actionable initiatives.
• Drive transformation across the full revenue cycle including patient access, coding, claims, remittance, AR and denials, and patient financial services.
• Advise on operating model transformation, shared services, vendor strategies, and technology, analytics, and AI implementations.
• Lead teams and client stakeholders through complex situations like rapid growth, M&A, payer disruption, or liquidity constraints.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives and serve as a hands-on advisor throughout engagement delivery.
• Mentor team members and contribute to recruiting, knowledge development, and growth of Riveron's Healthcare & Life Sciences capabilities.
• Support business development by strengthening client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
