Job summary

Advocate is seeking a Quality Improvement Leader to drive organization-wide performance improvement, value-based care initiatives, and data-driven quality strategies. You will guide teams, analyze clinical data, and develop tools and dashboards to monitor outcomes.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, lead meetings, and foster evidence-based practice to advance patient safety and efficiency across ambulatory sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• 3 years' experience in health care quality improvement, project management or related fields required.
• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, tools, and measures essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance improvement efforts and coach others in process redesign and measurement.
• Plan and lead moderately complex interdisciplinary projects across ambulatory areas.
• Apply quality frameworks, data analysis, and statistical techniques to improve outcomes and reduce variation.
• Develop and enhance data collection tools; review quality data for accuracy and trends.
• Develop content for communication to diverse audiences; promote cross-department collaboration.
• Support education materials and training programs for staff and clinicians.
