Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality or related field.
• Typically requires 5 years in health care, clinical quality improvement.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and disease management.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation, facilitation, and data support to performance improvement teams to drive quality priorities.
• Guides and supports team members, leaders, and providers with performance improvement activity.
• Supports data collection, statistical analysis, and benchmarking.
• Develops and evaluates action plans to achieve high quality care.
• Creates interpretive performance reports for committees and leadership.
• Designs studies to identify variation in medical management to improve patient care.
• Participates in monitoring to promote regulatory compliance and ISO 9001.
• Supports peer review and ongoing professional practice evaluations.
• Participates in educational offerings to stay current.
