Children's Health is seeking a Quality Improvement Consultant to lead on-site, system-wide clinical quality projects within the Quality Patient Safety department. You will partner with multidisciplinary teams to develop aims, drivers, and measures, and present data-driven insights to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in healthcare quality improvement or clinical practice.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in quality initiatives.
• Ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Leads multidisciplinary teams through development of quality indicators and opportunities for improvement.
• On-site facilitation of improvement projects using evidence-based quality improvement methods.
• Coaches and supports hospital-wide quality improvement programs and initiatives.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels to navigate conflicts and drive results.
• Develops professional relationships with physicians, clinical leaders, data analytics, and patient safety teams.
