Responsibilities

• Stays up to date with organizational best practices and industry trends; drives performance improvement.
• Oversees operation of multiple units; translates strategy into actionable requirements and allocates resources.
• Acts as SME for clinical quality improvement processes and regulations; engages committees and stakeholders.
• Directs risk management and patient safety programs; analyzes data and drives policy changes.
• Oversees audits and regulatory readiness; ensures compliance and readiness for surveys.
