Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role in healthcare or related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience with databases and spreadsheets or CQI tools.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a clinical setting, health care administration, or a directly related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field AND Minimum four (4) years of experience in quality, performance improvement, customer service, or Minimum seven (7) years in related field.
• Registered Nurse License (California).

Responsibilities

• Promotes learning and collaboration across stakeholders to support performance improvements.
• Supports cross-functional decision making and solves complex problems with data.
• Conducts data extraction, analyses, and presentation of quality improvements.
• Facilitates quality improvement and risk management efforts including corrective actions.
• Develops performance metrics and aligns them with department objectives.
• Delivers training and education on regulation, compliance, and best practices.
• Leads activities to ensure regulatory readiness and patient safety improvements.
