Job summary

Pacifica Hospital of the Valley seeks an experienced healthcare leader to oversee hospital-wide Quality Improvement and Risk Management programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) with an active California RN license, or MPH.
• Minimum 5 years in clinical data collection, quality improvement, or regulatory readiness.
• Strong data presentation, collaboration with physicians, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital-wide quality improvement and risk management programs in alignment with CDPH, CMS, Joint Commission, and state guidelines.
• Analyze patient care data, translate metrics into actionable recommendations, and oversee peer review and corrective action initiatives.
• Mentor physicians and staff; streamline authorization and appeal processes; foster a culture of safety and accountability.
