Job summary

Mainz Brady Group seeks a senior QA leader to steer the quality strategy for a major healthcare payer integration. You will coordinate 30+ projects across multiple organizations, owning the end‑to‑end testing approach from unit to UAT.

The role requires healthcare experience, governance over milestones, risks, metrics, and go/no-go decisions, and the ability to build dashboards that inform executives and drive data‑driven decisions throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Healthcare payer testing leadership with ownership of high‑level test strategy across unit, integration, end‑to‑end and UAT testing.
• Ability to coordinate milestones, risks, metrics and go/no‑go decisions across the full project lifecycle.
• Experience using dashboards to interpret data and communicate with senior leadership.

Lead the quality strategy for a major healthcare-payer integration, bringing multiple organizations and 30+ related projects into one coordinated approach to testing. The challenge is to define and execute an end-to-end test strategy, evaluate quality data, and give executives clear recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Healthcare-payer quality leadership: Must have healthcare experience—payer or insurance strongly preferred—with real-world ownership of high-level test strategy across unit, integration, end-to-end and UAT testing.
• Project and testing lifecycle management: Must understand how to plan and execute quality activities across the full project lifecycle, coordinating milestones, stakeholders, risks, metrics and go/no-go decisions.
• Dashboards and executive communication: Must have used quality dashboards to interpret reliable data, create meaningful views and make independent recommendations to senior leadership; experience building dashboards is a plus.
