Job summary

BrickRed Systems is seeking an experienced Test Program Manager / QE Transformation Lead to steer a large-scale healthcare transformation program. You will establish a Testing Center of Excellence, define the future-state testing operating model, and oversee governance, staffing, and go-live readiness across application development and support.

The role requires 12+ years in Quality Engineering with 5+ years leading large testing programs, deep healthcare payer knowledge, and hands-on experience

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Testing, including leadership of large testing programs.
• Proven expertise in Test Program Management and QE Transformation Leadership.
• Experience establishing and governing a Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE).
• Healthcare Payer domain experience; Facets familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and assess current testing processes, tools, workloads, structures, SLAs, governance.
• Define future-state testing operating model, TCoE structure, quality strategy, and transformation roadmap.
• Oversee discovery, due diligence, knowledge transfer, transition, and go-live activities.
• Drive workforce planning, hiring, vendor management, and global delivery coordination.
• Establish TCoE governance, testing standards, KPIs, SLAs, metrics, and executive reporting.
• Identify capability gaps across functional, automation, performance, and test data management.
• Lead test strategy, maturity assessments, test optimization, automation planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Govern release readiness, risks, dependencies, quality reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Support adoption of AI-enabled quality engineering and modern test automation practices.
• Ensure effective testing for healthcare payer processes (claims, enrollment, billing, provider management, EDI 834/835/837).
