Job summary

Oracle Health in the United States seeks a Testing Senior Integration Architect to lead testing strategy and execution for complex healthcare implementations. You will partner with clients, project teams, and vendors to ensure validated, deployment-ready solutions that meet clinical and business objectives.

You will govern testing processes, design robust test plans, coordinate cross-functional activities, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement across the implementation lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for Oracle Health implementation and optimization projects.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, system, workflow, regression, user acceptance (UAT), and production validation testing.
• Design test scenarios and scripts that validate clinical workflows, interfaces, and cross-functional business processes.
• Coordinate testing activities across Oracle Health teams, client stakeholders, third-party vendors, and project leadership.
• Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee defect management, issue prioritization, and resolution throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Ensure testing deliverables meet Oracle Health quality standards and client expectations.
• Facilitate testing readiness reviews, mock go-lives, deployment planning, cutover activities, and production go-live support.
• Provide guidance on testing tools, methodologies, governance, and best practices.
• Mentor project team members and promote continuous process improvement.
• Support post-go-live stabilization, issue resolution, and lessons-learned activities.
