Peraton is seeking a Testing Strategy Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive testing strategy for the CMS Fee-for-Service healthcare program. The role focuses on advancing Agile testing, expanding automation, and improving overall quality across large mainframe systems.

You will collaborate with account leadership, delivery teams, and stakeholders to drive quality excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years combined experience in software testing, automation, technical analysis, and business analysis.
• 5+ years managing teams of 10+ resources.
• CMS contract experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of mainframe testing and automated testing.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a holistic testing strategy aligned with Agile/DevOps and automation.
• Create, maintain, and execute detailed test plans across hardware and software.
• Define requirements for test environments, data, and test cycles with Infra/Data Center teams.
• Ensure adequate testing coverage prior to production releases and support rollout planning.
