Zusammenfassung

Peraton is seeking a Testing Strategy Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive testing strategy across three large mainframe‑based systems. The role focuses on advancing Agile testing practices, expanding test automation, and improving quality outcomes through collaboration with account leadership, delivery teams, and technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in testing, 5+ years leading teams, and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

10+ years in software testing, automation, technical analysis, and business analysis.
5+ years managing teams of 10+ resources.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
CMS contract experience preferred.

Aufgaben

Develop and implement a holistic testing strategy aligned with Agile/DevOps.
Create, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and schedules across platforms.
Define requirements for test environments, data, and test cycles with Infrastructure/Data Center teams.
Ensure adequate testing coverage prior to production releases and support release planning.
