Job summary

Mainz Brady Group seeks a senior QA leader to steer the quality strategy for a major healthcare payer integration. You will coordinate 30+ projects across multiple organizations, owning the end‑to‑end testing approach from unit to UAT.

The role requires healthcare experience, governance over milestones, risks, metrics, and go/no-go decisions, and the ability to build dashboards that inform executives and drive data‑driven decisions throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Healthcare payer testing leadership with ownership of high‑level test strategy across unit, integration, end‑to‑end and UAT testing.
• Ability to coordinate milestones, risks, metrics and go/no‑go decisions across the full project lifecycle.
• Experience using dashboards to interpret data and communicate with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality strategy for a major healthcare payer integration across multiple organizations and 30+ related projects.
• Define and execute an end‑to‑end test strategy and governance.
• Evaluate quality data and present executive recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and communicate dashboards and insights to senior leadership.
