Responsibilities

• Participate/Lead in Department of Public Health/CMS licensure and surveys.
• Provide subject matter expertise on accreditation standards through training and data analysis.
• Design and implement performance improvement activities to meet regulatory requirements.
• Perform tracers and audits to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead improvement initiatives with clinical leadership and staff.
