Job summary

Townsen Memorial Health System is seeking a Full-Time Quality Manager to lead the Quality department, supervise Quality Coordinators and the Infection Preventionist, and drive QA, PI, and infection prevention initiatives. The role emphasizes data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and staff development.

The candidate will supervise audits, surveillance, and reporting, develop dashboards, and present findings to leadership. This position requires Texas RN/LVN credentials and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in healthcare quality in an Acute Care Hospital setting.
• Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the State of Texas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Quality Coordinators and Infection Preventionist.
• Oversee QA, PI, and IC programs to ensure effectiveness.
• Coordinate audits, surveillance, data abstraction, and reporting.
