Job summary

UnitedHealth Group in Phoenix seeks a data quality analyst focused on healthcare quality measures. You will analyze data, trend HEDIS/STAR rates, and work with local leadership to implement quality strategies.

You’ll support PCPs/clinics with data collection, provide reports and monitors performance, and help develop strategies to close quality gaps across the market. Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $36 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development

Qualifications

High school graduate or GED.
Completion of Medical Assistant program or Military Medic program.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and databases.
Proficiency in medical terminology and patient safety procedures.
Strong communication skills to translate medical information clearly.

Responsibilities

Analyze data, evaluate for data integrity and deficits, and document findings.
Analyze and trend HEDIS/STAR rates, identify barriers to improvement and create exhibits.
Obtain quality detail reports and flag charts with missing measures.
Work with local leadership to execute quality strategies.
Support PCPs/clinics with quality data collection and reports.
