East Valley Community Health Center is seeking a QI Analyst to support its CQI and QA program by providing analytic, reporting, and data interpretation for quality initiatives.

This role partners with QI leadership, care teams, and IT to build and validate data from EHRs, develop dashboards, and support HRSA, UDS, HEDIS, and PCMH reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of data analysis and healthcare reporting.
• Experience extracting, analyzing, and validating data from EHR systems.
• Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain clinical quality dashboards and scorecards.
• Extract, organize, analyze, and validate data from EHR systems.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Support HRSA, UDS, HEDIS, PCMH reporting with accurate data.
• Conduct data reconciliation and chart audits for accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies between EHR records and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot reporting issues.
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and committees.
• Document reporting methodologies and data sources.
• Provide accurate performance data to QA specialists and care teams.
• Assist with HRSA OSVs data preparation.
• Participate in Data Governance to improve data quality.
