Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Central Ohio seeks a Quality Specialist to support development, implementation, and evaluation of quality improvement across the organization. You will work with clinical, operational, and administrative staff to monitor performance and promote continuous improvement in care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, psychology, social work or related field is required.
• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years in a healthcare/behavioral health quality improvement setting is required.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or PDSA is required.
• Experience with regulatory/accreditation requirements (CARF, Medicaid, Medicare, HIPAA) is required.
• 2 years of experience with data analysis platforms is required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report data related to quality indicators and client satisfaction surveys.
• Assist in internal and external audits, including documentation review and chart audits.
• Support compliance with accreditation and licensing standards (CARF, state Medicaid, MCOs).
• Lead quality improvement projects including PDSA cycles and root cause analyses.
• Implement quality efforts in programs while ensuring contractual obligations.
• Monitor corrective action plans and follow up on improvements.
• Develop quality policies, procedures, and training materials.
