Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Ohio seeks a Quality Specialist to support the development, implementation, and evaluation of quality initiatives across the organization. You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative staff to monitor metrics, ensure accreditation compliance, and foster continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 2+ years in quality improvement, and experience with Lean or Six Sigma,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health or related field required.
• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, social work or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years in healthcare/behavioral health quality improvement.
• Experience with quality improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA).
• Experience with regulatory/accreditation (CARF, Medicaid, Medicare, HIPAA).
• 2+ years in data analysis platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report data related to quality indicators and client satisfaction.
• Assist in audits including chart reviews and regulatory surveys.
• Support accreditation and licensing standards compliance.
• Lead quality improvement projects using PDSA cycles.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations for internal reporting.
