Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a Quality Specialist to support the development, implementation, and evaluation of quality improvement initiatives. You will monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, ensuring adherence to CARF, Medicaid/Medicare, and HIPAA requirements, while collaborating with clinical, operational, and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, psychology, social work, nursing, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, social work, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare or behavioral health quality improvement.
• Experience with quality improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA).
• Experience using EHRs and quality reporting tools.
• Experience with regulatory and accreditation requirements (CARF, Medicaid, Medicare, HIPAA).
• 2 years of experience in data analysis platforms.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report data related to quality indicators and surveys.
• Assist in audits including chart reviews and regulatory surveys.
• Support accreditation and licensing standards compliance.
• Lead PDSA cycles and root cause analyses.
• Support OhioRISE quality initiatives and contractual obligations.
• Track CAPs and follow up on improvements.
• Develop and update quality policies, training materials, and tools.
• Coordinate quality committee meetings and minutes.
• Develop dashboards for internal reporting on quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to meet payer requirements.
