BioMedical Services, Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Supervisor to oversee procurement of equipment, supplies and services for our hospital network. You will lead strategic sourcing, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery in a compliant environment.

The role requires healthcare procurement experience and supervisory background, with strong negotiation and MS Office skills. Full-time, on-site in the California market, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Buyer in healthcare.
• Minimum 3 years in procurement or process improvement.
• Prior supervisory experience and a proven track record in developing high performance teams.
• Extensive knowledge of acquiring equipment and supplies in healthcare.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office).

Aufgaben

• Oversee procurement and distribution of equipment, supplies, and services.
• Lead strategic sourcing, bidding, supplier selection and contract management.
• Develop purchase orders, review proposals, and administer PO process.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and train the team.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable on invoices and receiving documents.
