• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Real Estate.
• Excellent tenant service and communication skills.
• Strong accounting and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Yardi and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Solicit bids for service contracts and select vendors to maintain property standards.
• Inspect facilities and coordinate projects to enhance value and appearance.
• Provide exceptional tenant service and prompt responses to requests.
• Manage capital expenditures and tenant improvements.
• Monitor lease compliance from an accounting and operational perspective.
• Communicate with tenants about property events that may disrupt business.
• Prepare budgets, CAM estimates, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate a productive team and assign priorities.
• Show available spaces to prospective tenants.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and vendor invoice approvals in Nexus/Yardi.
• Coordinate tenant surveys and respond to feedback.
• Address janitorial issues with vendors and escalate to Senior Property Manager.
• Manage new tenant move-ins and provide documentation to Lease Accounting.
