Job summary

Remedy Medical Properties is seeking a qualified Property Manager to oversee healthcare properties nationwide. The role involves budgeting, lease analysis, and close collaboration with owners and tenants to ensure smooth operations.

You will manage contractors, review invoices, and supervise maintenance staff while upholding policies and deadlines. The position requires strong financial savvy, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of office/commercial management experience.
• Strong budgeting, financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual property budgets and 5-year capital plan.
• Analyze leases and rent rolls, operating statements, and vendor contracts.
• Prepare monthly variance reports.
• Interface with owner representatives on financial and operational issues.
• Interact with tenants, addressing concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Enforce and maintain property operating policies and procedures.
• Review and approve all property invoices.
• Review and approve all reoccurring monthly rent charges.
• Review monthly aging report and initiate collection efforts.
• Examine and analyze property operating statements and budgets; evaluate data and reporting for accuracy.
• Manage 3rd party contractors/vendors and rebid contracts regularly.
• Ensure all day-to-day needs are met at the property.
• Manage and oversee maintenance personnel.
• Interface with leasing team and prospective tenants.
• Manage Tenant Improvement and building capital projects (3rd party CM to be engaged when necessary).
