Comprehensive Community Health Centers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives across our health care organization.

You will guide projects from requirements gathering through execution and closure, while educating partners on project management processes and the PMO framework we are implementing. You will coordinate internal resources and vendors, develop plans and status reports, monitor progress, and ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Smartsheet experience is a plus.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of multiple projects.
• Facilitate creation and collection of project documentation (charter, RAIDD logs, project plan, meeting notes, deliverables, etc)
• Develop project plan and status report based on templates, then use it to monitor and track progress.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze successful achievement of short and long-term goals.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
• Report and escalation issues and challenges to at scheduled project updates.
• Manage relationship with all relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and propose practical solutions, including process redesign, automation, or technology enhancements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
