Job summary

Comprehensive Community Health Centers, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects across business lines within a healthcare organization.

You will guide requirements gathering, define scopes, and drive execution from initiation to closure, while educating partners on PMO processes and disciplines. Responsibilities include coordinating internal resources and vendors, producing charters and plans, and ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Smartsheet experience is a plus.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for multiple projects.
• Develop project plans and status reports and monitor progress.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• Track project performance toward short and long-term goals.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
• Report issues at scheduled updates.
• Collaborate with teams on practical solutions including automation or tech enhancements.
