Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of direct project management experience.
• 2+ years IT project management preferred.
• Healthcare project implementations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage medium to large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
• Plan and coordinate project resources to achieve on-time delivery.
• Apply critical thinking to analyze situations and set priorities.
• Maintain timely communication with stakeholders and teams.
• Prepare project status reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Ensure alignment with PMO standards and organizational policies.
