Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a highly organized Project Manager I - Division Support to provide operational and project management support across Primary Care, Behavioral Health, and Medical Specialty Service (Call) Centers. You will partner with leaders to drive initiatives, coordinate projects, analyze data, and develop reports to support decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors in Healthcare Administration or related field, with experience in healthcare

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required
Masters degree preferred
Previous experience in administrative or executive-level healthcare environment

Responsibilities

Provide operational and project management support through report preparation and data analysis.
Coordinate projects from planning through implementation with timelines and deliverables.
Develop implementation strategies and training plans for successful rollouts.
Research and compile information to support planning, analysis, and decision-making.
Track progress, maintain plans, and report updates to leadership.
Analyze metrics and present data to support operational and strategic initiatives.
Support development and reporting of financial, satisfaction, and operational metrics.
Review processes and identify efficiency improvements.
Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document outcomes.
Identify risks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
