Qualifications

• PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma Black Belt certifications are desirable; if not held, expected within two years of hire.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: apply deployment and execution of process improvements.
• Define and standardize departmental processes with Senior Director support.
• Develop detailed project plans with deadlines and resources.
• Engage stakeholders and maintain regular communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Motivate teams and foster collaboration to meet objectives.
• Monitor budgets and ensure delivery within approved parameters.
