Consigli Construction is seeking a Project Executive (Healthcare) in Durham, NC, to lead both business development and delivery for healthcare projects. You will partner with local Business Developers and stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and win interviews, aiming to build a profitable healthcare portfolio.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a lead management role for a construction manager or CM at Risk firm.
• Experience leading multiple project teams on large-scale projects.
• Proficient in Cost Reporting and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Utilize industry contacts to generate leads and pursue business development opportunities.
• Lead work acquisition including profitability plans, coordination with inter-department staff, and interview preparation activities.
• Identify RFP pursuit strategy to inform project approach, staffing, budget, risks, and logistics development.
• Assign qualified staff to manage project scope and complexities.
• Oversee preconstruction phase with estimating teams to develop budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Provide oversight across all phases from preconstruction to close-out.
• Establish a customer satisfaction action plan and ensure proper execution.
• Identify challenges and propose solutions to achieve objectives and profitability.
• Negotiate owner contracts and oversee subcontract development.
• Provide high-level supervision across multiple projects and lead as needed.
• Attend weekly owner meetings and monitor performance, costs, schedule, quality, safety, and profitability.
• Maintain client contact throughout the project duration.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, OPMs, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Mentor and coach staff, perform evaluations every 6 months.
• Ensure staff compliance with SOPs.
• Assist in sourcing and interviewing potential new hires.
